Nonprofit work is meaningful - and often exhausting. This interactive practice lab offers a grounded, community-centered space to explore what sustainable work actually looks like in practice, not theory.

Rather than a lecture on self-care, participants will engage in guided reflection, small-group dialogue, and real-world scenarios that help surface what boundaries feel like in day-to-day work. Together we'll examine how expectations, urgency culture, and misaligned roles contribute to burnout - and how small, realistic shifts can restore spaciousness, clarity, and ease.

You'll leave with practical tools you can use immediately: simple boundary scripts, meeting design ideas, and a "micro-systems" approach to making work feel more humane. This session is rooted in collective wisdom - where insight comes from the room, not prescriptive advice.
