Become a Participating Partner

A Participating Partner is an organization or business committed to planning with us— sharing how your work, programs, and initiatives align with the NH Food and Agriculture Strategic Plan.

Each year, organizations and businesses who sign on as Participating Partners will share any specific recommendations they plan to work on and what Strategic Plan-related programs or initiatives they hope to accomplish in the year ahead. The NH Food Alliance team will weave your work together with the work of other Participating Partners to create the annual NH Food and Agriculture Strategic Plan Progress Report to help the broader network understand who is doing what and help each of us approach these complex issues in effective and efficient ways.

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:

Step #1: Sign Up

Sign up to indicate you’d like to be a Participating Partner. Let us know who the point person will be for your organization.

Step #2: Share Your Work

Fill out your Participating Partner Workplan and tell us about your work and how it aligns with the NH Food and Agriculture Strategic Plan.

Step #3: Share Your Progress

Towards the end of the year, we’ll reach out for an update on your work and gather information about your plans for the following year.

let's go, movers and shakers! SIGN UP TODAY.

Why become a Participating Partner?

Our food system thrives when we work in lock step and operate as a movement. Participating Partners are the core of this movement! Sign up as a Participating Partner and get:

  • A 50% discount on tickets to the annual NH Food System Statewide Gathering
  • A branded NH Food Alliance Carhartt beanie (for the first 75 partners to sign up!)
  • Visibility for your organization’s work across New Hampshire and New England. All Participating Partners will be recognized across the NH Food Alliance’s website and communications channels, as well as featured through events and webinars.
  • Connections to funders looking to support work on the NH Food and Agriculture Strategic Plan

Maximize your impact and decrease duplication

By aligning your organization’s work with the NH Food and Agriculture Strategic Plan as a Participating Partner, you will put your work in context with the work of hundreds of food system organizations and professionals across the state. You’ll know what they’re doing, they’ll know what you’re doing, virtually eliminating duplicative work.

Get things done

As part of a collective of Participating Partners working across the food system, you will benefit from various opportunities for collaboration and coordination that will naturally occur in the Strategic Plan implementation process. When we’re coordinated and aligned, we’re primed for collaboration and achieving our collective goals.
