Kitchen Manager job opening at Kearsarge Food Hub


The Kitchen Manager is responsible for the day-to-day implementation of the cafe’s annual plan and budget. They oversee kitchen operations, prepare or coordinate the preparation of food, manage kitchen personnel, and spearhead creating menus and offerings in alignment with customer preferences and KFH’s mission. 

This means prioritizing locally produced, seasonal ingredients as well as preparing meals that are nutritious, creative, and delicious. The ideal candidate for this position is both a team player and self-directed worker who is passionate about food and local food system work.
