Cornell’s Center for Regional Economic Advancement: Dairy Runway
The Dairy Runway Program supports food innovators with early-stage ideas for value-added dairy products. Up to six teams will be selected for a seven-week virtual course covering customer discovery and the business model canvas framework. Participants who complete the course advance to a prototyping stage, working in Cornell’s pilot plant to test product formulations with food technicians and dairy specialists.
We’d be grateful if you could share this opportunity with your networks. Additional program details and the application are embedded in the following email.
