The Program Manager for the Governor’s Health Awards Program (GHAP) supports implementation of a statewide scholarship and workforce development initiative designed to strengthen New Hampshire’s rural healthcare workforce. This position coordinates partner engagement, manages operational activities, and tracks performance milestones tied directly to rural workforce outcomes.

Working collaboratively with higher education institutions, healthcare employers, state agencies, and community partners, the Program Manager ensures effective execution of GHAP initiatives, supports service-obligation alignment strategies, and contributes to monitoring progress toward workforce placement and retention targets across rural regions.
