Tomato Festival at Heron Pond Farm

August 10, 12-4PM

Heron Pond Farm held the first Tomato Festival many years ago to highlight their beloved heirloom tomatoes that we are extremely dedicating to growing and sharing with their community. After a few years of not hosting a Tomato Fest, they decided to revive this annual event in 2022 after COVID-19 shook up the world. In the wake of the global pandemic, they felt it more necessary than ever to gather with our community to celebrate their connection to the land and the people who make the farm possible. The event as it is came to be in 2023 when they decided to include music and art in addition to local vendors and their tradition of tomato tasting to find the fan favorite variety of the year.

This year in 2025, they are excited to announce that they'll be making this annual happening a charitable event! They’ve teamed up with the friendly folks at Amesbury Industrial Supply to raise money for three of our favorite local organizations: Our Neighbor’s Table, Lucy’s Lovebus, and the Jeanne Geiger Crisis Center.
