The ten New Hampshire Conservation Districts announce over $396,773 
in grants to forty-nine awardees for the 2026 NH Conservation Districts Climate Resilience Grant. Farms receiving awards are located across the state and represent a wide variety of agricultural industries; they include diversified vegetable producers, organic dairy farms, maple syrup producers, pasture-based livestock producers, equine farms, cut flower farms, and berry growers.
