The Food Systems Lab at the University of New Hampshire, led by Dr. Analena Bruce in the Department of Agriculture, Nutrition, and Food Systems (College of Agriculture and Life Sciences), is conducting ongoing research to strengthen collaborative aggregation and marketing models that support resilient local food systems.
