Bi-State Ag Meeting: Conversation between farmer and legislators

Sponsored by the Connecticut River Watershed Farm Alliance and the Connecticut River Joint
Commission, this meeting brings together legislators and farmers from Vermont and New
Hampshire farmers to discuss the current state of agriculture in the CT River Valley and how the
legislators can help support the future of farming in this watershed.

 

Legislators and leadership from NH and VT have been invited including US
Senators/Representatives, Governors, Secretaries of Agriculture, State Conservationists and most
importantly the representatives of the CT River Watershed farming community. The format of the
meeting will be interactive with discussions and frequent question and answer session as well as
presentations.
