Gather turns food waste into meals: Trump cuts threaten program's growth

"PORTSMOUTH — Each day, volunteers at Gather face a task similar to the premise of the Food Network’s show “Chopped” in preparing meals with previously unknown ingredients for the Seacoast Waste Not program.
