Recording! Why not both? Providing Housing & Protecting Land across NH

Part of NH Food Alliance's 2024-2025 Network Cafe Series

On March 7, the NH Food Alliance held its March Network Café, part of its monthly Network Café part of their 2024-2025 Network Café Series. We were joined by Sarah Wrightsman of New Hampshire Housing and Jamie Pottern of American Farmland Trust as they broke down the issues facing both the housing and agricultural land use sectors and highlighted areas of overlap and potential collaboration in land use planning and smart development.

Attendees asked questions and participated in a discussion about innovative ways municipalities and organizations are collaborating to find balanced solutions to provide the housing we all need and leave agricultural lands available to produce food for our communities.

Please view the full recording of the March Network Café below. Feel free to follow along with the recording using the the Network Café agenda here and the slide presentation here. And if you attended the Network Café and did not take the evaluation, please respond here.

Our final Network Café in the series will be on Friday, April 4 from 12-1PM. Our Director, Nicole Cardwell, will be hosting a tour of the the NH Food and Agriculture Strategic Plan content and the many ways you can engage with it. Learn more and register here
