Exploring A Regional Approach to Food System Resilience

On September 8, the NH Food Alliance (NHFA) hosted "A Regional Approach to Food System Resilience," part of our 2023-2024 Network Cafe Series. During the café, Ellen Kahler, the Executive Director of the Vermont Sustainable Jobs Fund (VSF) and co-founder of the New England State Food System Planners Partnership, introduced the partnership's report, A Regional Approach to Food System Resilience, shared her hopes for what comes next, and discussed New Hampshire’s unique role in a regional approach to food system resilience. This café served as a foundation for the remaining Network Cafés in the series, helping our network partners begin thinking about using the report’s data and findings in strategic planning, fundraising, advocacy, and other work building vibrant food systems in New Hampshire and New England.
