On February 3, 2023, the NH Food Alliance (NHFA) hosted "Wasting Less Food in New Hampshire," part of their 2022-2023 Network Cafe Series. Network Cafe attendees heard from three representatives part of New Hampshire’s Solid Waste Working group on the topic of food waste in New Hampshire. Representative Karen Ebel, Representative Megan Murray, and Paige Wilson of the NH Department of Environmental Services shared about the group’s work and lead a brainstorm about how our network of food system professionals and advocates can help achieve New Hampshire’s food waste diversion goals.
