Learn about the Farm & Ranch Stress Assistance Network (FRSAN)

On April 1, the NH Food Alliance (NHFA) hosted "Rooting Resilience: Supporting Mental Health Resources for NH Farmers," as part of its 2022 Network Cafe Series. Attendees heard from Olivia Saunders of UNH Extension and retired clinical social worker and farmer, Eve Klotz, about their work developing the Farm & Ranch Stress Assistance Network (FRSAN), a network of programs and resources that supports the mental health of New Hampshire’s farming community.

Please view a recording of this Network Cafe below! And feel free to follow along with the agenda here. Also below are few resource links and a link to the presentation slides shared during the cafe.
