Many of the practices we use today in regenerative agriculture draw upon the work of BIPOC farmers, researchers and scientists. Dr. George Washington Carver was a Black professor and scientist who contributed a vast amount to soil health science and to farmer education.

Dr. Carver was a research scientist and professor focused on helping the poorest, most resource-deprived farmers improve their yields and farm operations.
