After several years of sustained growth, the Northeast Organic Farming Association of New Hampshire (NOFA-NH) is seeking an Executive Director to steward the organization into its next chapter.

They are seeking a dynamic and experienced full-time Executive Director to provide strategic leadership, comprehensive operational management, and community representation for our member-based organic agricultural organization. The Executive Director will work closely with our dedicated volunteer Board of Directors to advance our mission, manage programs and projects, foster community engagement, ensure financial stability and growth through effective management of staff, programs, resources and volunteers.
