Upcoming PLAN Webinars

  • “Housing Strategies in Lebanon” on Thursday July 17, from noon to 1 P.M.

In April 2022, Lebanon’s City Council unanimously adopted a “Resolution on Housing” directing the city to take steps to enable, incentivize, and partner in developing housing needs not currently being addressed by the market. In this session, you’ll learn about two of the City’s most innovative approaches to the housing crisis, funded in part by the InvestNH and Housing Champions programs. Nathan Reichert, City of Lebanon Planning & Development Director and Catheryn Hembree, City of Lebanon Associate Planner will discuss Lebanon’s new Pattern Zones Overlay District created to add density to existing neighborhoods. You’ll also hear Lebanon’s perspective on the role of the city in developing housing and the Barrows Street Project, which will create smaller, more efficient infill housing units on city-owned land on Barrows Street. There will be ample time for questions throughout the webinar.
