An Implementation Workgroup is an approach to implementing recommendations from the New Hampshire Food and Agriculture Strategic Plan in which a group of individuals from organizations and businesses collaborate to move forward a specific issue or recommendation.
Any individual, organization, or business who is interested in moving forward an outcome from Strategic Plan can form an Implementation Workgroup. An implementation workgroup should establish a lead(s) who is currently on or will serve on the Network Leadership Team. The number of workgroups at any given time is limited by staff support capacity of the NH Food Alliance. An Implementation Workgroup lead will work with any co-leaders and the NH Food Alliance staff to create agendas for meetings and think strategically about the work of the group to achieve the objectives. They will be responsible for co-facilitating meetings, synthesizing follow up, and moving the group’s work forward as needed.
Below are the Implementation Workgroups currently being stewarded by the NH Food Alliance and their leads. Click on the "Learn More" button under each to find out more about the workgroup and to join it, if applicable.
