Implementation Workgroups bring together individuals, organizations, and businesses from across New Hampshire to turn the New Hampshire Food and Agriculture Strategic Plan into action.

These collaborative groups focus on advancing specific recommendations or outcomes from the Plan—moving ideas from vision to real-world impact. Workgroup leads partner closely with co-leaders and NH Food Alliance staff to shape the group’s direction and success. Together, they develop meeting agendas, think strategically about priorities, co-facilitate meetings, synthesize follow-up, and help move the work forward to achieve shared objectives. To ensure meaningful progress and adequate support, the number of active workgroups at any given time is guided by the staff capacity of the NH Food Alliance.

Below are the Implementation Workgroups currently being stewarded by the NH Food Alliance, along with the leadership of each. Click “Learn More” under each workgroup to explore its focus and find out how to get involved.
