Awards Range: $20,000–$50,000 (one-year grants); limited two-year grants up to $75,000 total
Intended applicants: U.S.-based grassroots nonprofit organizations or networks (501(c)(3) or fiscally sponsored) and tribal governments with annual revenue under $3 million working on food and agricultural systems change, particularly organizations advancing racial equity, cultural organizing, and community-led food and farm initiatives.
Summary: The Wildseeds Grants program supports grassroots organizations, strategists, and media makers working to strengthen frontline narratives and build power within food and farm systems. Funding prioritizes strategic communications projects that expand organizing capacity, develop messaging and storytelling, support cultural organizing, and advance equitable, community-controlled food systems. Grants help organizations build long-term movement infrastructure through communications tools, training, and creative media initiatives.
