Nutrition Connections is a no-cost, hands-on nutrition education program that provides limited-resource families the knowledge and skills they need for better health. Nutrition Connections is New Hampshire’s home for the Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) and Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Education (SNAP-Ed). They offer these programs at no cost to low-income families. Adults with children and seniors who receive SNAP, WIC, CSFP, TANF, or SSI automatically qualify. They have taught thousands of New Hampshire citizens how to eat healthier and save money at the grocery store. Learn more
