JOB: Food Service Sustainability Coordinator at North Woods and Pleasant Valley YMCA Camps

This position is at the Boston YMCA boys and girls’ camps which are located on beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee in Tuftonboro, NH. The two camps share one kitchen facility and a kitchen staff of 5-8 people.

The chosen applicant will serve as a member of our kitchen staff, responsible for food prep, cooking, and cleaning the kitchen area under the direction of our Head Chef. In addition to these duties, this kitchen staff member will also be responsible for making our kitchen/food service procedures more sustainable.

The Food Service Sustainability Coordinator will work with our Head Chef and other kitchen staff members to prep foods efficiently, reduce food waste in the kitchen, focus on creative reuse of leftover food items, and make other suggestions to reduce our overall food waste. APPLY HERE >>
